Great results aren't an accident — they're the output of a system. Here's exactly what working with me looks like, from the first conversation to the day your training runs on autopilot.

Discovery Call

We start with a conversation — your goals, your training history, your injuries, and the life around your training. No pitch, no pressure. By the end I'll know whether I'm the right coach for you, and you'll know exactly what's possible.

Assessment

Before a single program is written, we screen how you move and benchmark where you are. For golfers that means a TPI screen; for Hyrox athletes, performance baselines across the stations. This is the framework every decision is built on.

Programming

I build a plan around your schedule, your equipment, and your goals — not a template. Every block has a purpose, progresses intentionally, and adapts to the days you have four hours and the weeks you barely have four.

Execution & Iteration

This is where results live. Weekly check-ins, form review, and honest accountability keep the plan moving. We adjust as your body responds, your life shifts, and your goals grow — so the program is always one step ahead of you.

Principles I won't compromise on.

  • Movement before load.We earn the right to lift heavy. Quality reps come first — strength follows technique, never the other way around.
  • Train for the long game.The goal isn't to be sore tomorrow. It's to be strong, mobile, and capable in ten years.
  • Consistency beats intensity.A program you actually follow beats a perfect one you can't. We build something sustainable.
  • Data, not guesswork.We measure, review, and adjust. Progress is tracked so we always know what's working.
